These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of astravortex.art, AstraVortex user accounts, the digital-asset store, downloads, documentation, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

AstraVortex is an independent digital-asset store operated under the AstraVortex trade name (“AstraVortex”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Questions about the Services, purchases, or these Terms may be sent to asset-support@astravortex.art.

By creating an account, using the Services, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account, purchase, download, or use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the authorization and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use the Services where doing so would violate applicable law, sanctions, export controls, payment-provider restrictions, or other binding requirements.

2. Account registration and security

You must provide a valid email address and accurate information. You are responsible for:

• keeping your password and account access secure;
• promptly updating information that becomes inaccurate;
• activity performed through your account unless caused by our security failure; and
• notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not impersonate another person or organization, create accounts through automated abuse, sell or transfer an account, or use another person’s account without authorization.

We may require email verification before enabling purchases, downloads, password changes, or other account functions.

3. Products and product information

AstraVortex sells downloadable digital assets, asset bundles, and related digital content. Product pages describe the included files or Included Assets, supported software or engine versions, technical requirements, license options, and price.

An Asset Bundle (“Bundle”) is one store product containing two or more individual AstraVortex assets. The Included Assets shown at checkout and recorded with the completed order define the Bundle supplied for that purchase. Later changes to the public Bundle listing do not automatically add new assets to, or remove recorded Included Assets from, an already completed purchase unless AstraVortex expressly promises otherwise.

You are responsible for reviewing the product description, compatibility information, and technical requirements before purchase. Screenshots, renders, videos, and demonstrations may show a product in a configured environment and do not promise identical results on every device, project, engine version, or third-party setup.

We may correct obvious typographical, pricing, or technical errors before accepting an order. We will not increase the price of a completed order.

4. Orders, prices, and payment

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and download access is made available, unless applicable law requires a different result.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. A provider may operate the checkout, perform fraud and compliance checks, convert currencies, collect applicable taxes or fees, issue payment confirmations, or act as merchant of record for the transaction. The provider’s checkout terms and privacy notice may also apply.

You must pay the total amount displayed before confirming the order. Applicable taxes, provider fees, or currency-conversion information will be shown where required and available.

A payment marked pending is not a completed purchase. We may cancel duplicate, fraudulent, technically invalid, prohibited, or unpaid orders. If money was captured for a cancelled order, it will be handled in accordance with the Refund and Delivery Policy and the payment provider’s procedures.

5. Digital delivery

Delivery is electronic. After confirmed payment, the purchased asset—or, for a Bundle, access to its recorded Included Assets—is normally made available in the customer account and a confirmation is sent to the registered email address.

Unless a product page expressly promises a longer period, AstraVortex guarantees hosted download availability for 30 calendar days from payment confirmation.

During that 30-day period, you should download the files, verify that the archive opens, and create your own secure backup. After the guaranteed period:

• continued re-download access may remain available as a convenience;
• continued hosting is not part of the purchased product unless expressly stated otherwise;
• AstraVortex may remove or discontinue hosted files, account download links, old versions, or the store service; and
• AstraVortex does not promise lifetime hosting, lifetime re-downloads, or lifetime updates.

The end of hosted download availability does not by itself terminate a valid license for copies lawfully downloaded and retained by you. It does not limit mandatory remedies for non-delivery, defective content, lack of conformity, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Delivery and refund rules are explained in the Refund and Delivery Policy.

6. License and ownership

Each purchase is licensed under the Asset License Agreement, the license version recorded with the order, and any product-specific terms shown before payment. For a Bundle, one selected Personal or Professional tier applies to every Included Asset recorded for that Bundle purchase. Copyright, source material, trademarks, and other intellectual-property rights are not transferred to the buyer.

AstraVortex offers Personal and Professional pricing tiers. Both tiers grant the same scope of private and commercial usage rights. Tier eligibility is based on the buyer’s gross revenue from commercial activity during the 12 months immediately before the purchase:

• Personal tier: not more than USD 100,000;
• Professional tier: more than USD 100,000.

If the buyer exceeds the threshold after a completed purchase, no upgrade is required for that purchase. The correct tier must be selected for each future purchase.

Unless the applicable license expressly allows it, you may not:

• resell, sublicense, share, publish, or distribute the source asset or substantially equivalent files on a standalone basis;
• make the asset available in a form that allows third parties to extract or reuse it as a standalone asset;
• claim authorship or ownership of the original asset;
• remove copyright, license, or ownership notices; or
• select the Personal tier when the Professional tier was required at the time of purchase.

A refund, chargeback, payment reversal, fraud, or material license breach may terminate the related license and require deletion of retained source copies as described in the Asset License Agreement.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

• interfere with the operation or security of the website;
• bypass access controls, download restrictions, payment checks, or license checks;
• scrape, probe, reverse engineer, or overload the Services except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• upload or transmit malware, harmful code, or unlawful material;
• use the Services for fraud, chargeback abuse, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other unlawful activity; or
• redistribute account-only download links, receipts, license IDs, or private customer data.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the Services, payment systems, intellectual property, or legal compliance.

8. Updates, compatibility, and support

Unless expressly included on a product page:

• updates are not guaranteed;
• support has no guaranteed response or resolution time;
• compatibility with future versions of Unreal Engine, operating systems, plugins, or third-party software is not guaranteed; and
• custom installation, project integration, modification, or consulting is not included.

We may provide updates or support voluntarily without creating a permanent obligation to continue them.

9. Refunds and consumer rights

Refund eligibility and the delivery process are governed by the Refund and Delivery Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory rights relating to digital content, non-delivery, lack of conformity, misleading descriptions, or unauthorized supply.

Where applicable law gives a consumer a withdrawal or cancellation right, any loss of that right for immediately supplied digital content applies only where the legal requirements have been satisfied, including any required prior consent, acknowledgment, and confirmation.

10. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account for a material or repeated breach of these Terms, fraud, payment reversal, security risk, unlawful conduct, intellectual-property infringement, or legal obligation.

Where reasonably possible, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Immediate action may be taken where delay would create a security, legal, financial, or intellectual-property risk.

Before voluntarily closing an account, download and back up purchased files. Account closure does not create a right to a refund and does not require AstraVortex to preserve hosted downloads beyond the guaranteed delivery period.

Termination does not affect rights and obligations that by their nature continue, including payment obligations, license restrictions, intellectual-property ownership, dispute provisions, and liability for prior conduct.

11. Availability and changes to the Services

We may maintain, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We will not use changes to these Terms to retroactively remove a license already granted for a completed purchase, except where required by law or where the license is terminated under its existing terms.

Material changes apply from the stated effective date. Continued use after notice of a change means acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Third-party services and links

The Services may use or link to payment processors, email providers, hosting platforms, content-delivery networks, analytics services, blockchain networks, marketplaces, social platforms, or third-party software. Those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices.

AstraVortex is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control. This clause does not remove any responsibility that applicable law places on AstraVortex as the seller or service provider.

13. Intellectual property in the website

The AstraVortex name, website design, text, graphics, product presentation, documentation, and other website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for normal use of the Services, no right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit website content is granted without permission.

Product licenses are governed separately by the Asset License Agreement.

14. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and digital assets are provided on an “as available” basis, subject to the express product description and mandatory legal guarantees.

We do not promise that an asset will fit every project, workflow, performance target, artistic purpose, future software version, or third-party configuration.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AstraVortex is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of business, or loss of data resulting from use of the Services or assets.

For claims that may lawfully be limited, AstraVortex’s aggregate liability relating to a specific purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase.

These limitations do not apply where mandatory consumer law or another applicable law provides a greater remedy.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seller’s operation and the relevant transaction, without excluding mandatory rules that apply to the customer.

For consumers, these Terms do not deprive you of mandatory protections provided by the law of your habitual residence where those protections apply.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact asset-support@astravortex.art with the account email, order number, and a clear description of the issue so we can attempt to resolve it.

17. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms, the Asset License Agreement, the Refund and Delivery Policy, the Privacy Policy, the applicable product page, and any terms recorded with the order form the agreement governing the purchase and use of the Services.
